Community News & Calendar



​Community Yard Sale - During our 2025 Annual Association meeting, homeowners voted to have a single 2026 Community Yard Sale . However, if you would still like to have your own yard sale, there are no restrictions in having your own. The HOA will announce the next yard sale for 2027 soon!


October 31, 2026 - Halloween

This year it's on a Saturday, so be extra prepared for lots of trick-or-treaters! There will be security / traffic direction provided by the OMTCA Board.


Next HOA Meeting:

The next OMCTA Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 10, 2026 at the Boynton Voting Precinct (4053 Boynton Drive) @6:30PM




Update - Covenants and Restrictions



Updated Covenants and Restrictions, as well as the Association By-laws will be published soon. Once available, a link will be added to the oldmilltrace.org webpage with the proposed documents.


Note that any document found on the internet which is not filed at the Catoosa County courthouse is not an official document.
