​Community Yard Sale - Community members are invited to plan their Fall yard sales on this day for maximum visibility. Also, this is a great opportunity to walk around and meet your neighbors!


October 31, 2025 - Halloween

This year it's on a Friday, so be extra prepared! There will be security / traffic direction provided by the OMTCA Board.


Next HOA Meeting:

Monday, November 17, 2025, 6:30pm

Community Meeting is held at the Boynton Precinct (4057 Boynton Dr). Please know that we will be discussing neighborhood business, updates and we need your input so please make plans to attend. Thanks!




Update - Covenants and Restrictions



The Board is continuing to review a potential draft of updated Covenants and Restrictions.


We will republish these once the latest revisions to the draft are complete.
